Peanut Butter Fudge – Milk Chocolate Style
Ingredients: | 1/2 cup of butter 1 and 1/2 cups sugar 2/3 cup of evaporated milk 1 jar of marshmallow creme 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 bag of chocolate chips-milk chocolate. Peanut butter, about (12 oz.) |
Directions: | Prepare and 13X9 inch square pan by applying a light coat of grease. Mix butter, sugar, marshmallow creme and milk in a heavy 3 qt. saucepan; bring to a light or rolling boil over medium/medium low heat stirring constantly to avoid burning. Continue slow boiling 7 minutes. Constantly stir to avoid burning or scorching. Stir in vanilla, chocolate and peanut butter (smooth or crunchy). Pour into prepared pan and let it cool in the fridge. |
