|Ingredients:||1/2 cup Peanut oil|
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 C. red wine Vinegar
1 Tblspoon dry mustard
3 Tblspoon lemon juice
2 Tblspoon Worchester sauce
1 Tblspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 (3/4 to 1 pound) pork tenderloins
|Directions:||Combine all ingredients except the pork.|
Place in a shallow container or zip lock bag.
Add tenderloins, turning to coat.
Cover or seal, and chill 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove tenderloins from marinate.
Grill, covered, 6 inches from medium coals (300-400 degrees) for 12 to 14 minutes or until done, turning once.
