|Ingredients:||One Medium Onion|
One Jalapeño pepper
One small bunch of Cilantro, about 1/3 of the package you get from the grocery. (You will find it close to the celery. Try it first with a minimum amount, then add more to suit your taste.
Two Tomatoes-use only one tomato if using large can if diced tomatoes.)
One can of Diced Tomatoes with Italian spices-basil, oregano and garlic.
One tablespoon of sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
|Directions:||(YEP-this is all, it sure is easy) Put all ingredients in a slicer/mixer and cut to the desired size. If you want it with more heat, add some more Jalapeño pepper. Refrigerate and it will last 3 or 4 days easy|
|Notes:||This is great with some Tostitos to dip with. This comes out medium, add whatever you wish to spice it up more if you like it that way.|
