Ingredients: | 1 jar of Peanut Butter, smooth or crunchy. 1 lb. of Confectioners Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 stick of butter Milk Chocolate-about a bag or 4 Hershey bars. |
Directions: | Soften the butter. Then stir the butter in a large pan with the peanut butter, confectioners powdered sugar, and vanilla. It will form a large ball. Separate the large ball of mix and form small balls, about the size of a nickle or a little larger. Put them into the refrigerator to harden. After the balls become firm they are ready for the chocolate. Melt the milk chocolate in a toaster oven or nuke it until it is soft and able to dip. Be careful, it is easy to burn the chocolate because even when it is hot enough to melt, it will look like it is not melted at all. Check it often and if you nuke it, do only a few seconds at a time and test it until it reaches the right consistency. Either dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate or pour the chocolate over the peanut butter balls. |
